Shipping & Terms
- All domestic shipments are mailed through USPS
- All International shipments are mailed through USPS or DHL depending on which one you choose during checkout
- Orders are processed upon receipt the same day if ordered before 2pm CT otherwise it will be handled the next business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, we do not ship during weekends and holidays
- Packages will be shipped in the order they are received
- Remote areas may require additional time for delivery
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information given by the customer. The same also goes to stolen or missing packages after they've been mark delivered by USPS. Please make sure you provide a safe and correct address upon checkout to prevent this.
- If your package is missing after confirmed delivery, please contact your local post office to file a claim immediately as it is out of our reach to help once the package is transferred over to them.
- After completion of purchase, you will receive emails or SMS (if you choose to provide a phone number only) containing your order info and tracking confirmation
- Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active
- Make sure you are tracking your package regularly to prevent theft
- Due to sanitary purposes and safety, we do not accept any returns or exchanges
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
